Designing a better Market Street

Lunchtime Forum

Market Street is San Francisco’s civic backbone — a critical artery where much of the city’s transit infrastructure comes together. But Market Street is not just a way for us to get where we are going. It should also be a place to stop and spend time, meet friends and stroll. With David Alumbaugh of the San Francisco Planning Department, Timothy Papandreou and Nate Chanchareon of the Municipal Transportation Agency, Kris Opbroek of the San Francisco Department of Public Works, Kit Hodge of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and Michael Schwartz of the San Francisco County Transportation Authority.

Co-sponsored by the Northern Section of the APA California Chapter. AICP CM credits available.
