This tour is sold out due to overwhelming demand, but we hope you'll join us for our next one, July 26th's Powell Street Promenade tour.

Since Mayor Jerry Brown called for 10,000 new residential housing units in downtown Oakland more than a decade ago, the city has been preparing itself for more growth. Join us for a walking tour of downtown Oakland to see some of these recent changes and what lies ahead. Our tour will be led by Oakland Planning Commissioner Madeleine Zayas-Mart and architect Morten Jensen and will include short meetings with a number of experts.
