Andrea Lowe is President & CEO of Lowe Consulting Group, Inc. a local minority-woman owned firm with two decades of experience supporting public and private projects. LCG has a vested interest in constituent engagement to ensure that local voices are amplified and acknowledged by government entities operating within Northern California. Her firm specializes in labor compliance, project management, public engagement, and supplier diversity solutions. Her team has worked to ensure that diverse businesses gain access to contracting opportunities, local residents are aware of construction careers and apprenticeships, and that the money generated from many of the Bay Area’s largest construction projects is re-circulated in the community. Prior to starting Lowe Consulting Group, Mrs. Lowe was the Director of Community Affairs for Turner Construction, Managing Director of INROADS/Northern California and a Human Resources Manager with Bank of America.
Andrea has previously served on the Oakland Workforce Investment board, as a member of the Community Board for the East Oakland Youth Development Center and helped bring the A.C.E. Mentorship Program to Oakland.
Andrea is an Oakland native & proud graduate of Skyline High School and Leadership Oakland. She holds a BS from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University.
