Gary Dillabough has spent two decades bringing people together and challenging the status quo at the intersection of real estate, technology and sustainability. Urban Community is collaborating with community members, designers, technologists, city officials, and builders alike to reenvision downtown San Jose and create exceptional environments that catalyze community at every layer. Gary is Managing Partner at Navitas Capital and an independent real estate investor with a focus on Net Zero projects, focusing on sustainable performance and people-centered design in the built environment. Previously, Gary was a Managing Partner at The Westly Group, where he led the Smart Buildings and Energy Efficiency practice; investments included Tesla and View Glass. Gary also spent nearly a decade at eBay as VP Strategic Partnerships, and later as GM Sustainability.
