Katie Ferrick

Katie is the Managing Director of Global Community Affairs at Applied Materials, where she leads programs in social impact, community affairs, and environmental sustainability. She contributes to local governance as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Menlo Park and has previously served as Deputy District Director for U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Katie has over 10 years of experience and has led the first tech company affordable housing investment and industry-leading sustainability commitments. She holds a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from SF State University
