Sally Ann Flood

Sally Ann is a senior Deloitte partner and has been responsible for leading the audit services and professionals in the Bay Area practice. She has led services for US and international clients including construction, development, private equity, public and private real estate investment trusts. She led the global real estate audit practice as part of our global financial services audit executive team and US Real Estate Funds group. She has delivered industry insights to the marketplace, including the Deloitte Global Outlook Series. Sally Ann has more than 30 years of professional accounting experience, which includes starting her career as a chartered accountant in Ireland.

Sally Ann presents regularly on technical issues facing the real estate industry, including emerging hot topics, joint venture arrangements, valuations, compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting matters.

Sally Ann has extensive experience in working closely with audit committees and members of management to confirm quality service and provide access to our organization’s top resources. As one of Deloitte’s senior leaders, Sally Ann has built a strong network of global leaders and specialists she can efficiently bring to her engagements as needed.
