Rafael Luis Tolosa

Rafael is a Fellow from McKinsey & Company on a one-year nonprofit rotation, joining SPUR's strategy and operations team to help drive value through impact communication analysis and a revitalization of SPUR's public value proposition. A City Planning and Economics graduate from UC Berkeley and a Bay Area native, Rafael's passion for the urban fabric of the place he's always called home is the main driver behind both his decision to come to SPUR and the work he does today to help transform the Bay Area into a more livable, equitable, and sustainable environment.

Outside of SPUR's four walls, you can find Raf running across the streets of San Francisco, reading a good book on Economic policy, or hanging out with friends at one of the many beautiful parks the City has to offer.
