Parking technology has been about the same in San Francisco since the first parking meter was installed at the corner of Bush and Polk streets in 1947. Hear SFpark Director Jay Primus explain SFpark's ambitions to reduce citywide greenhouse gas emissions while making sure there is almost always a parking space available on every metered block.
