With the T-Third Street Muni line running for three years now, how is Third Street evolving? For an overview, Tom Evans from the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency will outline the Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Plan. We'll also get to hear about two new affordable housing projects: Bay Oaks Condominiums and 6600 Third Street presented by Michael Simmons of MSPDI. David Baker, FAIA of David Baker + Partners will present gold LEED registered Armstrong Senior Housing and Armstrong Place, affordable family ownership townhouses currently on the market—two projects developed in tandem along the Third Street rail.
