In this information session, you'll learn about the different types of direct food marketing, the difference between a certified and non-certified market and the newest types of food ventures that have developed locally, including farmers selling through restaurants, food carts and underground markets. With Leslie Crawford, founder of the Noe Valley Farmers Market, Rachel Bigby of the SF Underground Market and Dave Stockdale, executive director of the Center for Urban Education and Sustainable Agriculture.
