How can we encourage the reuse of historic buildings for housing? What are some of the challenges that developers and architects face when trying to adaptively reuse historic structures? Come hear from David Baker of David Baker + Partners, Oz Erickson of the Emerald Fund, Rick Holliday of Holliday Development and John McNulty of MBH Architects as they discuss successful examples of adaptive reuse, including the Clock Tower Lofts and the Malt House.
