Sustainable Communities? L.A., Sacramento and San Diego

In recent months, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego all produced draft Sustainable Communities Strategies in response to SB 375, a 2008 bill that requires a coordinated land use and transportation plan to reduce per capita climate emissions in California’s major regions.
