SMARTSPACE® SoMa is an urban infill project with a WalkScore of 95, ample bike parking and an on-site City CarShare facility. But there’s a twist: Each of the 23 units is only 300 square feet in size. Tour the project and see what a micro-unit feels like inside.

Sponsorship payments: Will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.
