A new tool to fight displacement of low- and moderate-income households, San Francisco’s Small Sites Program launched this year to help protect tenants of buildings with 5 to 25 units from speculators. Join us to learn how the program is able to provide loans to organizations that commit to keeping these buildings affordable for the long-term. Co-sponsored by the Northern Section of the APA California Chapter. AICP CM credits pending.
