If You Can Do It On Communications Hill...

San Jose recently approved an innovative Communications Hill development policy. Unlike major development plans of the past, it incorporates multi-modal transportation solutions: biking, walking and access to transit in a 2,200-unit development. Can Communications Hill serve as a case study for the rest of the South Bay?
