For a variety of reasons, affordable housing impact fees are being discussed everywhere. In San Mateo County, a group called 21 Elements is using a joint study on them to promote closer collaboration between cities. Santa Clara County could be the next place where we see a similar coordinated effort. Join us to learn more.
