Oakland's Uptown is already one of the city's hottest neighborhoods and The Hive, a new office, retail and housing development, will only make it more dynamic. The 100,000 square foor project has been opening in phases since 2014 and its tennants, from Impact Hub to Numi Tea, have already started the buzz. Meet up with a group of Oakland's Young Urbanists for a tour of the project and a happy hour afterwards. Generously sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
