With a daily average of 430,000 riders, BART is one of the busiest rapid transit systems in the country. As the region grows that number continues to climb and nowhere is it more evident than in San Francisco, whose stations account for six of the eight most-used on the system. What’s next for the San Francisco leg of BART? What can be done to make service in the city faster, more reliable and more accessible for users?
