In our hot real estate market, the opportunity for sprawl has gained steam as the cities of Morgan Hill and Gilroy have presented proposals to expand their city boundaries. How can Santa Clara County balance urban growth while preserving its remaining farmland? Our panel will discuss the timely question of how the county currently manages growth, options for the future and best practices from around the country.
