As one of the fastest-growing parts of the Bay Area, Silicon Valley needs a reliable, safe and drought-proof water supply. What can be done in the near term to provide the region with a sustainable water source at a fair price?

Sponsorship payments: Will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.
