Oakland’s largest real estate project is underway. Brooklyn Basin encompasses 65 acres of the city’s southern waterfront and will create 3,000 new homes, including 465 affordable units, 32 acres of open space and a new marina. Come hear how this project came to life and what it will take to make it a reality. Co-presented by ULI San Francisco.
