POSTPONED: Beyond the Tracks

Lunchtime Forum

Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues beyond our control we've needed to postpone this program. It has been moved to September 5 in San Jose, and will be rescheduled in San Francisco at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

High-speed rail in California is a massive statewide economic development project. If planned well, it can revitalize downtowns, enable new economic opportunities, preserve farmland and improve the quality of life throughout California. SPUR, in collaboration with the California High-Speed Rail Authority and key station cities, recently released a major report looking at the economic development and land use opportunities of high-speed rail. Join us to hear what we learned. Co-presented by Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT).
