This tour was originally scheduled for October 4.

Modular (or off-site) construction has captured the interest of many — developers, investors and residents alike — who are in search of a more effective, and potentially inexpensive, way to build housing. Join us as we tour housing modules being set in place on-site at a new project in San Leandro and then walk through a completed modular housing development.
