A top priority for the most diverse and inclusive cities is to coordinate land use planning with transportation investments.  What is Oakland’s coordinated strategy for specific transportation improvements and densified land uses that will most improve regional access for the broadest cross section of its citizens to good jobs, affordable housing, services, education, and cultural recourses throughout Bay Area?

SPUR invites business members and guests to join William Gilchrist, director of Oakland’s Department of Planning & Building, and Ryan Russo, director of Oakland’s Department of Transportation, to discuss how they can collaborate to provide dense, transit-rich neighborhoods for Oakland’s residents.

The SPUR Business Breakfast Series is an exclusive benefit of SPUR Business Membership and is by invitation only. If you would like to bring a guest and RSVP, please email us at [email protected]
