San Francisco’s capital planning program identifies and prioritizes infrastructure investments for the city and sequences them within a 10-year time span in order to smooth the financial impact on taxpayers. These investments often include bonds that improve San Francisco’s parks, libraries, transportation and public safety — including earthquake resilience.
