San Francisco

Taking Mixed-Use to the Next Level

Lunchtime Forum

Given the changing public health guidance in the Bay Area, which includes recommendations from both Santa Clara and San Francisco Counties, SPUR is suspending its in-person public programming events. During this time, public programs will be postponed, canceled or converted into a webinar on an event-by-event basis. This event will be held as a webinar. For more information and a webinar link, please register below.

Thanks to a growing consensus that development should occur in places near transit, developers and the city are beginning to propose denser-mixed use projects on key sites alongside public facilities. Hear from developers, designers and city representatives about the opportunities and challenges that come with making the most of the space we have.
