Building a Resilient Workplace

Lunchtime Forum

The current COVID-19 pandemic quickly forced companies and public agencies around the world to examine their capabilities for enabling employees to work safely from home. While many found that they weren't set up to make such a transition quickly and efficiently, others had planned ahead or already had established work-from-home policies that enabled them to adapt to the rapidly changing dynamic created by the pandemic. Learn from those that mindfully designed their workplaces to be resilient in the face of external adversity, and what it takes to quickly recover and resume full operational capacity.
