Some of San Francisco’s most high-traffic, prominent places have made sure that their food offerings have a local San Francisco flavor. Whether you’re at the newest sports arena or the city’s airport, you know you’re in San Francisco because the food for sale is from local restaurants and entrepreneurs. In this way, some of San Francisco’s institutions go above and beyond their peers elsewhere in the country in their efforts to promote local businesses. Join us for a discussion of what it takes to keep it local when it comes to food retail spaces.
