In April, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission is due to launch its new means-based fare program. In an effort to make public transit a more affordable option, the program offers discounts for fares on BART, Caltrain, Golden Gate Transit and Muni to low-income riders using a Clipper Card. Come learn more about the pilot program, how it will work and its desired outcomes.
