For four years, ULI San Francisco has been exploring new solutions to break through housing roadblocks, improve housing affordability and ensure more people have access to the housing they need. Guided by their members’ expertise in development and finance, policy and governance, community engagement and equity, they're building new possibilities and new solutions, all while remaining conscious of the context that has brought us to the present moment. This year's Housing the Bay summit will look back at the progress the region has made over the last four years and look ahead to what needs to be done to create a more equitable, affordable, and sustainable Bay Area for all.
