An election year for San Francisco means the potential for change is on the horizon, but it also means an insane amount of ads, pamphlets, flyers, mailers, voter guides, hit pieces and much more for our mailboxes and social media feeds. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by it all, you’re not alone and TogetherSF and SPUR are here to help you navigate the upcoming June election. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of food, drinks, and politics. We’ll not only explain what we’re voting on and what their impacts would be for the city, but also give you the political background and context as to why we’re voting on these items in the first place. Sometimes the most important information you need to know isn’t what campaigns include in our voter guides. In addition to learning more about the upcoming election, take some time to meet with other residents from across the City and build community. While we can vote for change at the ballot box, the real work starts with us getting involved. We’ll have sparkling wine and mixers flowing throughout the event for you to enjoy, as well as delicious brunch food. We’ll also raffle off a bottle of champagne for one lucky attendee to enjoy at home!
