The need for attainable housing is pressing in all regions of the country. This discussion explores the nine ways they have developed to design affordable and market-rate housing that lifts and supports people and thriving, resilient communities. These are approaches that citizens, property owners, developers, and designers can use today to create housing and other buildings that support healthy, equitable neighborhoods, and they have been crystallized in the firm's book, 9 Ways to Make Housing for People (ORO Editions).
