The Potrero Yard Modernization Project will replace The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency's (SFMTA) 2nd oldest bus yard with a modern, three-story, efficient bus maintenance and storage facility, equipped to serve the SFMTA’s growing fleet as it transitions to battery electric buses. The project also includes affordable housing on top of the maintenance and operations facility, which would be the first of its kind in the United States. Join SPUR and the American Planning Association (APA) California Northern for a special tour of this project that is designed to support San Francisco’s sustainability, housing, and safety priorities as a Transit-First City.
Certification Maintenance (CM) credits will be available.
