Passengers waiting to board a Transbay bus

Over four blocks long, the Salesforce Transit Center, a multimodal transit hub if the Transbay Joint Powers Authority, connects nine transit systems from eight Bay Area counties. It consists of six levels, with four levels currently open to the public, which includes a bus deck with 37 bus bays and 5.4 acre rooftop park containing 13 gardens for visitors to enjoy along with free public activities. On this behind-the-scenes tour, you’ll see firsthand the features of the four levels open to the public along with art installations and the two-level trainbox already built under the Center, which will be outfitted with rail service when Caltrain and ultimately, California High-Speed Rail's statewide system comes to the Center.
