The SPUR Planning and Architecture Council (SPAC) is composed of SPUR business members from planning, architecture and design firms. This group meets quarterly and brings together firms for relevant and timely policy conversations.
Membership in SPAC is open to all planning, architecture and design firms supporting SPUR at our standard business membership levels.

April 2, 2025: SPAC Spring 2025: Treasure Island Development: Site Tour & Isle House Preview
Tour highlights:
- Meet at Bldg 1, Treasure Island Museum - exhibit space (restrooms available)
- 15 minutes of briefing about the planning context, history of the project
- 15 minutes TIDG Shuttle ride up to Panorama Park (on the hilltop)
- 30 minutes walk down through Buckeye Grove (stormwater park), and Port of Trade Winds Park towards Isle House Project
- 45 minutes tour of Isle House Project
- 5 minutes Walk back and see in-progress waterfront park
