SPUR supports the resolution being considered at the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors that will allow the establishment of urban agriculture incentive zones within Santa Clara County. This resolution would pioneer the implementation process of this policy for other counties across the state as well as provide health and environmental benefits for residents.
