SPUR's Project Review Advisory Board endorses the proposed redevelopment of 3333 California Street (Laurel Heights) in San Francisco

The SPUR Project Review Advisory Board finds that the 3333 California Street project is located in an appropriate location for development, provides an appropriate mix of land uses, provide sufficient density at the site, and creates a good place that contributes to a walkable environment. The Board is excited about the possibility of ground floor retail and impressed with community outreach from the project, but would prefer the proposal with higher density. In all, the SPUR Project Review Advisory Board endorses the 3333 California Street Project.
