SPUR, together with a broad coalition of advocates, submitted policy principles to guide the development of MTC's regional transit-oriented communities (TOC) policy. MTC is developing this TOC policy to establish regional standards for density, parking management, sustainable station access, and anti-displacement policies in transit-rich areas. SPUR serves on the technical advisory committee for this initiative and will continue to advocate for a policy that is consistent with the attached principles.
