SPUR, Seamless Bay Area, Transform, the Bay Area Council and Silicon Valley Leadership Group submitted a joint letter to MTC staff and the Network Management Advisory Group regarding the preliminary concept for a new Regional Network Management structure. This letter continues SPUR's close involvement in the topic of regional transit management. While SPUR is excited to see the region move forward with implementing a preliminary structure that achieves some of the benefits of regional transit network management we and our partners also see a number of ways the initial proposal can be clarified and improved.
