SPUR submitted a letter ahead of the June 30, 2022 SF Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) meeting in support of amending the San Francisco Bay Plan and Seaport Plan to remove the Port Priority Use Area (PUA) designation at Howard Terminal. SPUR agrees with the BCDC and Port staff assessment that removing Howard Terminal from PUA would not detract from the region’s capability to meet future projected growth in cargo.
