In recent years, Beijing has undergone momentous and rapid transformation instigated by the 2008 Olympics. Its breakneck progress has not come without challenges, the most marked of which is providing quality of life while advancing sustainable growth. Join Diana Mendes, AECOM’s senior vice president responsible for the company’s Global Cities Institute partnership with the City of Beijing, to learn key findings about how Beijing can reposition itself as a true “global city.”
