The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) was originally created to help the state protect the environment, but a comprehensive statistical study released last year shows that CEQA lawsuits actually hurt the transit, renewable energy and infill housing development projects that would further our state's environmental goals. Hear about the challenges and recommendations for the reform of CEQA from the author of this study. Co-presented by SFHAC and SF AIA.
